The Student Services team at Kingston College is seeking a Safeguarding Coordinator and Deputy Safeguarding Lead to support learners throughout their educational journey, from pre-entry to post-exit. The department fosters a student-centered culture, prioritizing learners' needs to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Provide support service delivery across the College in line with development plans and service standards.
2. Supervise and manage the Student Services Adviser team.
3. Coordinate and monitor safeguarding support and records to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and legislation.
Candidate Requirements
1. Degree in a relevant discipline (minimum Level 5), e.g., Psychology, Social Science, Social Work, Youth & Community.
2. Successful experience managing high-risk cases in educational or similar settings involving young people or adults at risk.
3. Experience in complex case risk management with multi-agency collaboration.

The successful candidate will be eligible for salary increases based on annual cost of living reviews.
