As a Consumer Engagement Assistant at Florida’s Natural, you’ll work alongside Marketing team to be the first point of contact for consumers via phone and email regarding products or Florida’s Natural Growers, Inc. What you’ll do: Respond to consumers via phone, email and written communication, providing information regarding Florida’s Natural and our products. Use provided scripts, policies and procedures to provide information in a timely and professional manner. Report escalated issues with a sense of urgency by sending appropriate information to respective leaders through reporting or communication via telephone or email. Perform general office duties to include reports, copying, printing and use of Microsoft and other FNG applications Work in a fast-paced environment where excellent verbal and written communications with consumers will be required. Perform other duties as needed to promote a positive experience for Florida’s Natural Growers’ consumers. What we’re looking for: High School Diploma or GED required Some college preferred. Proficient in Microsoft products and experience Able to learn internal FNG systems.
