Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
* Oversee meal preparation and ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices
* Experiment with new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen hygiene
