We offer a fun and inclusive working environment with pay up to £13.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a £50 bonus upon completing basic training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split a £100 referral bonus!
Working hours include weekends and bank holidays, from 9am to 5pm, and 10am to 6pm on arrival days.

Skills and Experience:
* Maintaining external areas like car parks, paths, and roadways.
* Inspecting hotel rooms for maintenance needs.
* Carrying out maintenance in line with Health & Safety policies to ensure safety for all.
* Maintaining equipment and planning maintenance schedules.
* Performing carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks regularly.
* Conducting health and safety checks, including fire safety, risk assessments, and legionella testing.
* Experience in maintenance, trades such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, or electrics.
* Experience in painting and decorating.
* Relevant trade qualifications are preferred.
