Description
The Compensation and Rewards Specialist plays a crucial role in leading the global People function through a huge transformation of their compensation and rewards frameworks, policies and procedures.
This role requires a subject matter expert within reward and compensation and this a very high-profile critical role partnering with the Chief Executive and People Senior Leadership team to deliver a new reward strategy within the organisation.
About the role
1. Completely rework and review the current Pay, reward and recognition strategy.
2. Own the job evaluation system and conduct job evaluations (HAY methodology), and ensure new job evaluation tech system being introduced working effectively.
3. Overhaul and analysis of current reward strategy, working alongside third party consultancy group.
4. Manage the annual Gender Pay reporting and the creation of the narrative in support of this to ensure the organisation meets relevant regulatory reporting requirements
