As a Senior Software Developer, you'll :
* Lead the design and development of scalable, high‑performance applications using the Microsoft stack (C# .NET, Azure)
* Drive front‑end development to deliver intuitive and visually engaging user experiences
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team
* Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to deliver elegant, maintainable solutions
* Apply DevOps best practices to streamline the delivery pipeline
* Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

A Senior or Lead Software Developer with :
* Deep expertise in C# .NET and Azure
* Modern Front End Application Development with Blazor or React

* An appreciation for Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience mentoring others and leading by example
