About the Role
Working with the operational leaders you will provide first‑line support on all things employee relations, from disciplinaries and grievances to absence management and performance. This is a hands‑on, people‑first role where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
* Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters with confidence and consistency
* Acting as an escalation point for complex HR cases
* Monitoring and managing absence, parental leave, and contractual changes
* Keeping up to date with employment law and ensuring policy compliance
* Building strong relationships with operational leaders across the business
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast‑paced environment
* Strong employee relations knowledge and the confidence to advise at all levels
* Experience supporting frontline or shift‑based teams
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law
