Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support to residents with dementia and other health conditions
* Assisting with manual handling and using appropriate equipment safely
* Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
* Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
* Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
* Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
* Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards elderly care
* Ability to deliver holistic and therapeutic care
* Right to work in the UK
