Job Summary

Duties
* Supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Scheduling, stock control and reports
* Work as part of a management team to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Securing the business at the end of the night
* Provide training and support to new employees
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
* Implement strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience
We're looking for
* Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential
* Strong leadership skills
* A passion for hospitality and delivering high standards of customer service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective team collaboration
* Able to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £13.30 per hour
