AbouttheRole
Weare lookingfor amotivated andcompassionate PhysiotherapyTechnician tojoin ourfriendly andprofessionalphysiotherapyteam at RiversHospital. Inthis role,you willsupport thedelivery ofhigh-qualityrehabilitationservices, workingclosely underthe supervisionof qualifiedphysiotherapists.
You’llbe anessential memberof theteam, helpingpatients achievetheirrehabilitationgoals andsupporting bothclinical andadministrativeaspects ofthedepartment.
KeyResponsibilities
* Undertakespecificdelegated supportwork toaid patientrehabilitationand discharge,as assignedby qualifiedphysiotherapists.
* Managea delegatedcaseload,acceptingpatients referredby thephysiotherapistand deliveringtreatment undersupervision.
* Carryout treatmentsin linewith prescribedprotocols,monitoringprogress andmaking minoralterationswithin yourscope ofpractice andguidance.
* Maintainclear, accuraterecords ofinterventions andcommunicateeffectively withthe widerclinicalteam.
* Assistwithnon-clinical,patient-centredadministrativeduties suchas appointmentscheduling,documentation,and maintainingthe therapyenvironment.
