Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
The successful candidate will also prepare and organise documents for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
They will handle incoming communications with excellent phone etiquette, assist with data entry and clerical tasks, and utilise Google Suite and Office applications as needed.
Maintaining an organised filing system is crucial for this role, as well as supporting financial tasks using software/apps.
Additional duties include coordinating logistics for events or meetings involving the CEO, conducting research and compiling information as requested.
