At Lifeways, we’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our established team at Alexandra Park, a unique supported living service in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. About Alexandra Park: A distinctive development of 28 single-occupancy bungalows and a four-bedroom house, Alexandra Park provides 24-hour support to adults with complex needs. Each individual is supported by a dedicated team, helping them live as independently as possible in a safe and nurturing environment. About the Role: As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of the service, supporting both the people we care for and the staff team. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently.
