Group Administrator

The company are seeking an organised, proactive, and adaptable Group Administrator to provide essential administrative support across multiple departments within the Property Group, including Land, Planning, Technical, and Office Administration.
The role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day:to:day operations, effective communication, and the delivery of key business objectives.

The Role
* Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams across Land, Planning, Technical, and other departments as required.
* Manage and maintain departmental records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
* Support project teams with document preparation, submissions, and reporting.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
* Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, post), directing queries to the appropriate department or individual.
* Manage office administration tasks including supplies, facilities, and general office coordination.
* Support compliance and governance by maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
* Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including IT and office setup.
* Provide ad hoc administrative support on projects or initiatives as required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting multiple teams or departments.
* Strong organisational and time:management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
* Experience in property, construction, or related industries. (Desirable)
* Knowledge of planning or land development processes. (Desirable)
* Experience using project management or document control systems. (Desirable)
