Description
Shipping Coordinator, near Reading
* Coordinate daily shipping activities for UK and international orders
* Deal with import and export documentation
* Prepare all required shipping and customs documentation
* Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners
* Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly
* Maintain accurate shipping records within internal systems
* Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
* Monitor costs and support optimisation of freight spend
* Ensure compliance with export, import, and safety regulations
Profile
Shipping Coordinator, near Reading
* Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
* Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes
* Knowledge and experience of air, ocean and road freight
* In depth knowledge of UK/EU Regulations
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Positive team player with a proactive problem solving mindset

Job Offer
Salary of circa £35,000 to £38,000 and a hybrid work environment.
