About us
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We have nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services assist around 125,000 individuals.
As we integrate two large organizations, some systems and processes are still branded under Humankind. We appreciate your patience as we transition, and encourage you to explore other Waythrough (formerly Humankind) job opportunities on the Richmond Fellowship and Aquarius career sites: https://recoveryfocus.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/Recovery_Focus_Careers.
