Sortation Administrator Milton Keynes Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm Temporary – Permanent £12.42 We’re excited to be recruiting for a Sortation Administrator in Milton Keynes, this role is based in a high-volume, modern warehouse facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven administration professional ready to contribute to a fast-paced, logistics environment. Responsibilities Accurately input and update sortation and shipment data in internal systems Monitor parcel flows and report any discrepancies or delays Liaise with warehouse operatives and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient sortation Prepare daily/weekly reports for management and assist with tracking KPIs Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations Provide general administrative support to the operations team The candidate Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport administration role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
