Programme Manager Enterprise Infrastructure / CTO Transformation£600-670pd Umbrella (Inside IR35)Birmingham or Sheffield 3 Days OnsiteInitial 6 Month Contract with good potential for extensionWe are supporting a leading global banking organisation in hiring experienced Programme Managers into a major Chief Technology Office (CTO) transformation portfolio.This is a high-profile delivery environment responsible for driving large-scale enterprise technology and infrastructure change across cloud, platforms, operational resilience, infrastructure modernisation, security and core enterprise technology functions.We are looking for strong Programme Managers who can operate within complex, fast-paced enterprise environments, managing multiple concurrent workstreams across large-scale technology transformation initiatives with minimal oversight.The environment is delivery-focused, highly visible and stakeholder-intensive, requiring individuals who are comfortable operating across senior technology leadership, engineering, architecture, operations and third-party delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex enterprise technology and infrastructure programmes within the CTO functionManage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across global teams and delivery partnersDrive programme governance including RAID, financial management, dependency tracking and executive reportingCoordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, operations and business stakeholdersProvide clear and concise programme reporting into senior leadership and governance forumsEnsure delivery remains aligned to timelines, scope, budget and regulatory expectationsSupport programme mobilisation, planning, execution and recovery activity where requiredOperate effectively within large, highly regulated enterprise environments with competing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapesKey RequirementsStrong Programme Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology changePrevious experience within Tier 1 banking, financial services or major consulting environmentsExperience across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, platform, operational resilience or large-scale technology transformation programmesStrong governance capability including RAID management, budgeting, forecasting and delivery reportingExcellent stakeholder management skills across technology and business leadership teamsComfortable operating within fast-paced, delivery-focused and high-pressure environmentsAbility to work closely alongside engineering and architecture teams within complex enterprise estatesStrong communication, leadership and delivery ownership capabilityLocation RequirementsThis role requires onsite attendance 3 days per week in either Birmingham or SheffieldCandidates must already be located within a commutable distance of Birmingham or SheffieldUnfortunately we are unable to consider London-based candidates or individuals requiring weekly long-distance travel arrangementsTPBN1_UKTJ
