* Mller Milk & Ingredients: Aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader, producing branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter, and ingredients. It has a network of dairies and depots servicing customers across the country.
* Mller Yogurt & Desserts: The UK's leading yogurt manufacturer, responsible for brands like Mller Corner, Mllerlight, Mller Bliss, Mller Rice, FRijj, and Mller Kefir Smoothie. It produces chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International and supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a state-of-the-art facility.


Account Project Executive

12-month FTC

Telford (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Mller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as Account Project Executive within the Private Label team.


Job Purpose

As an Account Project Executive, you will report to the Senior National Account Manager and support the delivery of the Muller Private Label P&L within one of our top strategic customers through the execution of key projects. You will use your experience and organizational skills to help the team achieve ambitious targets, ensuring successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

* Project Management:
o Lead internal management and delivery of business-as-usual projects such as rebrands, redesigns, and recipe renovations. Engage and influence stakeholders, escalate issues, and liaise with customers to ensure seamless execution.
o Support project management for new product launches into the market.
o Ensure all internal and customer admin is completed accurately and promptly.
* Customer Management:
o Respond to ad hoc customer requests like cases, samples, and escalate complaints.
o Collaborate on project delivery and manage customer expectations.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Align internal functions behind project workstreams.
o Communicate delays or setbacks clearly and assist in problem-solving.


Key Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in project delivery and customer management.
* Ability to manage critical paths and deliver projects on time.
* Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders to meet milestones.
* Knowledge of project gate management processes (preferred but not essential).


Other Skills

* Strong collaboration skills.
* Numerate, analytical, and proficient in PC skills.
* Conflict management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* High agility to adapt to fast-paced change and ambiguity.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* Organized with high attention to detail.
* Confidence to make recommendations.
