Account Project Executive

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Mller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as Account Project Executive within the Private Label team.
Job Purpose
As an Account Project Executive, you will report to the Senior National Account Manager and support the delivery of the Muller Private Label P&L within one of our top strategic customers through the execution of key projects. You will use your experience and organizational skills to help the team achieve ambitious targets, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management:
o Lead internal management and delivery of business-as-usual projects such as rebrands, redesigns, and recipe renovations. Engage and influence stakeholders, escalate issues, and liaise with customers to ensure seamless execution.
o Support project management for new product launches into the market.
o Ensure all internal and customer admin is completed accurately and promptly.
* Customer Management:
o Respond to ad hoc customer requests like cases, samples, and escalate complaints.
o Collaborate on project delivery and manage customer expectations.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Align internal functions behind project workstreams.
o Communicate delays or setbacks clearly and assist in problem-solving.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in project delivery and customer management.
* Ability to manage critical paths and deliver projects on time.
* Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders to meet milestones.
* Knowledge of project gate management processes (preferred but not essential).
Other Skills
