We’re seeking an Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team of professional recruiters. In this role, you will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, playing a key part in connecting top talent with leading organisations.
This role offers a 12-week training academy, where you will receive the support you need to become fully qualified and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!

Qualifications
* Have strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience in consulting or related fields is beneficial but not essential
* A self-starter, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalities
