Recruitment Manager at Creative Recruitment
Our client is a top global agency specializing in presentations and communication, serving businesses of all sizes, from startups to multinational tech giants. As they expand their studio, they are seeking a skilled Midweight Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic team. If you’re solution‑oriented, eager to work with high‑profile global clients, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role is for you. Their Leicester‑based office offers a hybrid working model (3 days in‑studio, 2 days remote).
The Role
As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of creative projects, collaborating with designers, writers, account directors, and other team members to ensure high‑quality work is delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. From PowerPoint & digital presentations, creative campaigns, event communications, videos to social media campaigns and eBooks, you’ll manage a variety of exciting projects, ensuring smooth execution and happy clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including milestones and deliverables, align with internal teams on objectives and timelines, and proactively identify and resolve risks or delays.
* Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources and team members efficiently, track project expenses and manage budgets, flag potential overruns, and balance workloads across internal teams and freelancers.
* Quality Assurance: Review all deliverables to ensure they meet high‑quality standards and client expectations, and work with the creative team to streamline QA processes for consistency.
* Client Communication & Relationship Management: Provide regular updates to clients and manage their expectations, address client requests and scope changes promptly, and maintain clear records of client communications and project scope changes.
* Administrative Support: Organize project files and documentation, manage Statements of Work (SoWs), invoices, and financial tracking.

* Adherence to established processes and systems to maintain consistency across projects.
* Clear and realistic project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and delays are addressed.
* Ownership and accountability for project outcomes, including timely delivery and quality assurance.
* Strong team collaboration, sharing updates and feedback to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally within a creative or agency environment, with experience in B2B and global tech clients.
* Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and ideally Adobe Creative Suite.
* Mindset: Positive, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong focus on teamwork and delivering quality results.
