Ecosystem Ltd, an established commercial cleaning firm of 25 years with a large roster of clients, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to lead our busy team.
Based in High Wycombe, we're renowned for our professionalism and high standards.
About the Role:
Reporting to the managing director, this is a highly autonomous role that provides an opportunity to really make your mark on the continuing success of the firm.
● Day-to-day management of company operations
● Ensuring team adherence to cleaning standards and client satisfaction
● Managing staff schedules and basic payroll
● Client account management
● Recruitment and training of new staff members
● Oversight of budget and stock levels
● Maintenance of IT systems and administrative records
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with existing management experience who would enjoy taking the reins of a successful company to oversee the day to day operations.
As part of the managerial responsibilities, the Operations Manager is required to make site visits once or twice a week; to check in with the teams, as well as liaising with clients as the representative of Total Cleaning Ltd.
What We're Looking For:
● Excellent English - both written and verbal.
● Strong numerical literacy.
● A high proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence in managing administrative tasks.
● A motivated, reliable self-starter with a passion for accuracy and organisation.
● Someone with a strong work ethic and high professional standards.
● A people person; with a natural ability to engage and inspire others
● Valid UK driving licence
● Own car
We are a local firm that supports a wide range of clients in the High Wycombe, and surrounding areas, and therefore someone familiar with the area, and able to easily commute between these towns would be ideal.

Logistics
● The ideal candidate would work from our modern office in High Wycombe, but there may be some flexibility to work from home (subject to agreement).
● Hours are part time and flexible, Monday - Friday.
● Some evening working is required, to coincide with the majority of our team's hours.
● The role also involves some localised travel in and around the High Wycombe area
● Mileage and insurance is covered.
