International Sales Executive

HEMS ltd. is a successful international SME based in Chandlers Ford with over 20years track record in the global heavy industry market place, supplying specialist tooling to mining, oil and gas, construction and agriculture industry worldwide.
Currently we are looking for an International Sales Executive to work alongside our sales team.
Your role:
You will be responsible for sales and business development within a given International territory, speaking to new or existing (pre-qualified) clients, make awareness of our new product range, generating new leads from cold calling worldwide clients and in turn generating sales for the business.
You'll get to work in a fast-paced but very friendly and positive environment where everyone is driven to succeed.
The successful candidate will have:
* 5+ Years Sales Experience within the same role and preferably in the same industry with established contacts and clients.
* The hunger to succeed.
* Experienced with international sales process
* Resilient and positive mindset.
* Fantastic conversational skills
* Experience in B2B sales and Business Development are all a benefit.
* Competitive spirit
* Knowledge of marketing and using marketing tools is a benefit
* Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills and excellent attention to details, to enable a close on deals
* General IT Skills, Office 365 and Use of Email experience is required
* Ability to find innovative approaches to challenges
* Experience in a busy, diverse and demanding role, demonstrating strong organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise a complex workload, and meet deadlines
* A positive attitude to working hard and achieving results
* Ability to close deals and overcome objections
* Thrive working under pressure and to targets
What you will be doing:
* Prospecting / cold calling Worldwide
* Generating new leads
* Closing sales
* Working to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximized.
* Working with data and CRM system

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting salary 3 Months £30,000 pa whilst training rising to unlimited based on sales Targets / length of service and responsibilities
