Overview
Drumnadrochit Medical Practice are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Office Manager/IT Lead to provide maternity cover at the practice – 30 hrs/wk. The post-holder will provide IT support and also support the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
* Provide IT support and assist with office administration to support the Office Manager.
* Perform data entry with accuracy using Word; typing skills are essential.
* Support practice IT systems; training can be provided if required.
* Contribute to audits and recall for patient reviews and help maintain data quality.
* Demonstrate flexibility to cover other staff holidays/leave as needed.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of computers is essential.
* Qualification in computers is essential.
* Experience and knowledge of practice IT systems is preferred but training can be given.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills with attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
