The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive for a development located in the north west of Exeter. This is a customer-facing role where you will play a key part in guiding buyers through the home purchasing journey while delivering an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Present show homes to a high standard at all times
* Support customers throughout the home buying process
* Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders
* Welcome and assist visitors, prospective buyers, and existing customers
* Manage on‑site administration and documentation
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Working Pattern
* 5 days per week, including weekend working
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in property sales (new homes experience preferred)
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Good understanding of the home buying process, including legal terminology
* Knowledge of mortgages/lending and financial aspects of purchasing property
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving licence
