Job Description
Reporting to the Head of People responsibilities include:
* Implementing HR policies and strategies.
* Managing employee relations and providing guidance on employment law.
* Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Driving performance management processes.
* Reporting on HR metrics to inform business decisions.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Leading employee engagement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Manager should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as HR generalist
* Experience within the property, real-estate or construction industry will be highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
