Customer Team Leader Role
Salary: £13.65 per hour.
About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team, delivering great customer service, and performing a wide range of tasks around the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Friendly and thoughtful service - you will give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training.
* Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy.
* Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store.
* Build relationships and get involved in your local community.
