Job Description:
Join Finnebrogue, a leading food producer recognized for innovation and excellence. We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Systems Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP and MES implementations, automation, and traceability solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead planning and delivery of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Ensure tech solutions comply with food manufacturing standards, including traceability and sustainability.
5. Oversee rollout of systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools.
6. Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
7. Facilitate understanding and success during and after project implementation.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing tech or digital transformation projects.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm core hours.
