Vertas Group Limited is looking for a proactive and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Broadland High School. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or ready to step up with training, we'll support your journey.
If you have a current DBS certificate and a passion for maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming school environments, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Unlocking and locking the school
2. Leading and motivating a team of cleaners with a hands-on approach
3. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across school facilities
4. Conducting cleaning audits and reporting on team performance
5. Managing stock levels, equipment maintenance, and shift cover
6. Liaising with school staff to deliver excellent customer service
7. Ensuring full compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations
What You'll Need
8. A current DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
9. Experience supervising cleaning teams (school or similar settings preferred)
10. Strong knowledge of COSHH and H&S procedures
11. Great communication and leadership skills
12. A flexible, positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
