Counterbalance / FLT Operator - Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity based in Bristol, working with a busy and supportive warehouse team.
* Location: Bristol
* Salary: £27,040 per annum
* RTW in the UK is required
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking Counterbalance / Forklift Truck Operator to join a dynamic warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading goods, moving materials safely, and supporting smooth operations. This is a physically demanding role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate forklift trucks to move materials across the warehouse and yard
* Load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, and storage areas
* Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
* Stack and store items in an organised manner for easy access
* Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues
* Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area
* Assist with inventory control and keep accurate records of materials moved
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
What We're Looking For:
* Valid Counterbalance/Bendi licence
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Previous experience in a physically demanding warehouse role
* Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
* Skilled in loading and unloading goods securely
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols
* Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
* IT literate and able to use company systems when required
