To achieve this, your tasks will be the following:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive international acquisition strategy to enter new markets and grow existing ones with new brands and IP.
* Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts and by supporting partners in their sales initiatives.
* Work closely with our agents to take advantage of their local knowledge and presence.
Knowledge and characteristics required:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, with a strong focus on international markets.
* Strong communication skills, customer-oriented focus.
* Ability to prioritise a broad operational agenda.
* Pitching skills; we sell by telling stories.
* Travel internationally for fairs or customers visits.
