Role: Accounts Assistant (Part-Time, 20 – 30 Hours) Location : Milton Keynes Salary Range : £25,000 - £28,000 About Us: We have been providing our clients with comprehensive IT Support and technology solutions, including cloud services, managed print, telephony, Office 365 applications, cyber security and data recovery, and more, since 2002. Position Overview: To process the day-to-day core sales billing transactions of the business and resolve related queries. To provide support to the Finance Manager, Management and staff of the business when required. Responsibilities: Activities to include: Sales Ledger : Daily managing of Mirus invoice query ticket queue Completing mid-month billing run Managing and completing monthly User Billing process Preparing and billing Capped Hours Compiling and billing Courier Deliveries Recharging SSL Certificates Other: Ad-hoc analysis / Sage downloads as requested Ad-hoc reports and queries as requested Ad-hoc cover of posting cash book transactions and reconciling bank accounts. Any other tasks required by Mirus Finance Manager or Revenue Accounts Assistant Qualifications & Experience: Intermediate Excel skills Good attention to detail Good organisational skills Good communication skills Able to manage changing workload and priorities Able to work both within a team and using own initiative Desirable Sales ledger experience Working knowledge of Sage 200 or similar accounts package Accounting qualification up to AAT or similar Click here to explore our company benefits.
