About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our Sudbury site. You’ll manage the customer journey from start to finish — ensuring each customer feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their repair process.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Booking in vehicles and arranging collections/returns with efficiency and care
15. Handling inbound/outbound calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
16. Managing customer complaints and working towards fast, effective resolutions
17. Keeping internal systems and external insurer portals up to date
18. Building rapport with customers while maintaining accurate admin records
19. Working to team and individual performance targets, including customer satisfaction
20. Assisting with the movement of vehicles on-site as needed
What We’re Looking For
21. Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
22. Excellent communication skills — in person, on the phone, and via email
23. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
24. Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy, fast-paced environment
25. Comfortable with computer systems and Microsoft Office
26. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
27. Familiarity with the Sudbury area for vehicle logistics is a plus
