Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity
Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy pub and restaurant serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the Oundle area. They are looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food for guests in the bar, restaurant, and busy garden area in summer. The pub is a popular venue in a countryside location, so own transport is required. All hours are paid with straight shifts, 45 hour week.

1. Hands-on role working closely with the Head Chef

The Person
1. Already working as a Chef de Partie
2. Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
3. Calm Personality
You will need your own form of transport as public transport is limited to the pub's location.
