Office Based Monday - Friday- 8am - 4pm (37.5 hours a week) - Please note this role will evolve to work weekends and shifts but this is not operating currently £25,000 per annum Permanent Rugby - Swift Valley Our client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a pleasant team of 6 .The role will involve speaking and emailing to vulnerable customers providing them with updates, information and help with their enquiries. This is a growing business, looking for someone able to deal with a changing environment and able to provide ideas and support. Main responsibilities: * Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and showing genuine customer care. * Providing administrative support * Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues by providing solutions * Entering information and updating the CRM system.
