Overview
You will lead an ambitious team responsible for delivering remote pre- and post-sales technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific products. You will ensure flawless daily operations, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and uphold our high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
* Guide and develop direct reports who supervise frontline employees
* Build relationships with the business units we support
* Engage product management to foster coordinated business relationships for continuous improvement
* Manage operations and project planning, including integrations
* Lead alignment efforts across global regions
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering required with 7+ years of experience (equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience may be considered).
Experience
* 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
* Proven track record in directly serving customers.
* Prior experience in Technical Application Support and the Biotechnology industry preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Demonstrated leadership and people development skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to prioritize effectively
* Outstanding problem-solving ability
* Computer literacy, including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and Internet applications
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $93,800.00–$140,675.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
