About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fulfilment Operations Co-ordinator to support both office and warehouse operations. You will handle day‑to‑day admin tasks, manage communication with clients and suppliers, coordinate deliveries, process returns, and maintain accurate records. This is a key role ensuring smooth operational flow across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Managing phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing mail
Supporting clients, suppliers, and the management team with queries
Maintaining filing systems and updating records
Scheduling and coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries
Logging stock into the system and reporting discrepancies
Processing returns and producing related reports
Preparing documents and reports for clients and management
Assisting with additional charges reports
Supporting ad‑hoc projects when required
Building and maintaining positive client relationships
Requirements
2+ years’ administrative experience
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Excel; WMS experience desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Able to prioritise and work independently
Reliable, trustworthy, and a supportive team player
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
