About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of teachers, following lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for managing behaviour, supporting student engagement, and ensuring learning continues smoothly across all classes. Responsibilities: - Supervise classes and follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning. - Maintain classroom order and manage student behaviour effectively. - Support students’ engagement and participation in lessons. - Report any concerns regarding student progress or behaviour to teaching staff. - Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom materials. - Adapt to the needs of different classes and age groups as required. - Provide a positive and structured learning environment at all times.
