Department : Human Resources Location : Glasgow or Manchester Type: Hybrid role - 2 days from office, 3 days from home The Role This role will provide coordination and administrative support to the Learning and Talent team for key projects, programmes and initiatives. The team provides personalised learning and talent experiences, supporting diverse individuals to build their personal capability for rewarding and engaging careers. In doing so, the team oversees career milestone inductions, personalised coaching and bespoke development programmes, mentoring and on-demand digital learning. The team also designs and delivers global talent programmes and leadership experiences, driving regional talent planning processes and activating relevant career development pathways. Key Responsibilities Administer the Learning Management System (My Development) including course creation, attendance, reporting, and uploads. Coordinate and support training and inductions: scheduling, materials, PowerPoint design, attendance tracking, feedback, and providing technical support in live virtual sessions. Monitor and respond to Learning & Talent inbox queries in line with service standards. Support global projects, maintain consistent processes, and contribute to budget tracking, invoices, and procurement. Assist with learning needs analysis, produce accurate data/metrics, and support reporting requirements. Maintain quality assurance of L&T content on SharePoint and webpages; support marketing of L&D opportunities. Provide cover for colleagues and build expertise in specific focus areas such as talent programmes, early careers, or personal development. Experience & Skills Experience in a professional learning environment (LMS experience desirable). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel essential). Proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Flexible, solutions-focused, and able to meet deadlines. Confident communicator with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
