Digital Estate & Technology Team Leader
Location:

Salary:
£54,793+ dependant on skills and experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the Digital Estate & Technology team responsible for providing feasibility schemes in 2D / 3D, BIM support, maintaining legislative and business-critical drawing records, and delivering digital information technology to the department.
* Delegating tasks and managing workload, including deployment of systems, policies, processes, and standards.
* Providing guidance on work-related queries, coordinating business reporting, supporting resourcing, budgeting, and performance management.
* Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders daily.
Your skills and experiences:
* Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and report effectively.
* Leadership qualities to motivate a team and ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, and time requirements.
* Proven experience in 2D and 3D CAD within the Built Environment, with proficiency in Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk AutoCAD, and/or Autodesk Revit.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and workplace/building regulations.
* Understanding of ISO19650 and Common Data Environments.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Point Cloud Scanning, Document Management Systems like Bentley ProjectWise / AutoDesk Vault, Atlassian Confluence.
* Professional registration (e.g., IET, RIBA, CIAT) or willingness to pursue it.
