Your role will involve
With an annualised revenue of £60million and a strong order backlog, Northern Ireland is a key territory within the UK Public Sector business. We have a diverse and growing portfolio, and a future-focused on strategic growth. Currently, we are the number one technology supplier to the Northern Ireland Executive. This important role will help grow the Northern Ireland business, acting as the face of Fujitsu to our customers, owning the direct relationships, and being accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of all services across the portfolio.
We seek a dynamic individual passionate about customer and people-centric work, with a proven ability to develop and execute profitable growth strategies.

Your transferable skills and experience
* Existing senior relationships within CXO levels in the Public Sector, with a desire to develop and own Fujitsu’s executive relationships within this key portfolio. Ability to influence and coach within customer and partner networks. Engage stakeholders to secure sponsorship for successful outcomes.
* Experience in helping customers leverage digital services for strategic business outcomes.
* Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions that increase customer value and ROI.
* Proven leadership skills, motivating and developing teams to enhance capability and performance, with a focus on customer relevance.
* Ability to represent Fujitsu as an industry/sector/government leader and attract market-leading innovators to support strategic plans.
* Experience working closely with delivery teams, managing contractual obligations, and proactively handling opportunities and risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
