Northstowe Nursery, a brand-new, purpose-built facility located on the Northstowe Education Campus, is officially open. We welcome up to 80 children daily, aged 9 months to 4 years, into a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment designed to support their early years journey.
We're looking for dedicated, punctual, and hardworking Level 3 qualified Early Years professionals to join our growing team and work alongside our experienced Nursery Management. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special—helping shape young minds while contributing to an inspiring new chapter in early years education.

* Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, term time only

Work Patterns Available
* Fixed hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Essential Qualifications
* Early Years Educator Level 3 (minimum)
* 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate
* English qualification (GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education, ensuring children's safety and well-being
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support daily nursery operations and contribute to a positive team culture
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
* Observe and document children's progress, contributing to learning assessments
Our Recruitment Process

* Complete a pre-interview questionnaire
* Attend a Stay & Play practice assessment session, where you will lead a short activity under the supervision of the Nursery Manager
