Full time role Monday to Friday
8am to 4.30 pm
Salary up to £25K to £30K per annum
Job role:
* Maximising utilization of direct labour and self-employed resources to meet the requirements of clients and other staff development needs
* Anaylyse jobs, both reactive and planned and allocate them to the correct resource-based locations, skill, priority, and customer requirements
* Reporting any planning and scheduling issues to the relevant department
* Ensure clear and concise quality updates reflecting true programme progress for commercial courses and modern apprenticeships
* Work with the manager to ensure management and delivery of contracts against client’s service level agreements
* Track work in progress levels on all contracts, ensuring timely completion of jobs
* Scheduling trainers and assessor’s work
* Plan 12 week look ahead commercial courses to meet customer demand and increase company profit
* Draft rolling 12-month scheduling of courses
* Assess what programs need promoting and highlight to the sales team any risks or opportunities
* Take lead in weekly planning meetings, against the business agenda
Job Requirement:
* Must have experience in commercial planning and coordinating
* 2 years’ experience in working within a scheduling/resource planning environment
* Used Microsoft office and using database management systems
* Driving license essential as some travel required occasionally, all expenses paid
* Desirable if PRINCE2 project management
* Desirable if understanding of qualification and awarding body frameworks
