Let us introduce the role AWE is currently recruiting for Senior Engineering Managers, tasked with leading the development of our Assembly and Disassembly capabilities across our future manufacturing processes and facilities. These roles are ideally suited to leaders who are passionate about coaching and developing a team of Manufacturing Engineers to develop world class Manufacturing Systems. Candidates should have in depth manufacturing knowledge, specifically in assembly and disassembly of high value, low volume products, in a highly regulated environment. Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home with these roles. Successful candidates will spend the majority of their time working on site at AWE. Who are we looking for?
