Job Title: Business Development Partner Team Leader Location: Milton Keynes- Hybrid Application closing date: 25th August, 2025 About the role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BDP Team Leader to manage and develop our UK/EMEA Business Development Partner team. This role is crucial to driving high-quality sales support for our Regulatory Services and Medical Devices business units. Working closely with the Global BDP Leader, commercial, and delivery teams, you will lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of sales support processes that directly impact client experience and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and line-manage the UK/EMEA BDP team, ensuring delivery of high-quality sales support to Business Development teams. Act as a coach and mentor, supporting skills development, performance management, and training across the team. Oversee and improve sales support processes, prioritising efficiency, data accuracy, and client satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales quote requests and commercial tasks within agreed SLAs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Delivery, and Leadership teams to streamline operations and enhance client service. Build strong internal relationships and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed. Minimum Qualficiations and Experience: Proven track record in team leadership or line management within a commercial or sales support function. Strong experience supporting sales or business development teams with administrative or operational tasks. Effective coach and mentor, with the ability to develop talent and address underperformance. Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — and the ability to influence at all levels. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and an eye for data accuracy and process improvement. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus. Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
