Qualifications
* 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial‑focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
* Team leadership and customer service.
* KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.
* Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Team line‑up planning. Product knowledge.
* Good English skills/understanding.
* Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store’s needs and acting accordingly.
Responsibilities
* Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.
* Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
* Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times including visual merchandising standards, replenishment, and customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer.
