I am currently on the hunt for a Salesforce Administrator to join one of our expanding Financial Services customers looking to hire on a permanent basis.
The focus of this role is to help improve the client’s customer onboarding and customer relationship management within their environment while working within a team supporting all things related to Salesforce, SaaS tools and AI.
Within this role you will be designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance the clients customer relationship and internal workflows, manage ongoing support and training for users to enhance the understanding of Salesforce to make sure it is being utilised to its full functionality as well as developing and maintaining documentation and system protocols that follow the latest standards!
💰Salary: up to £60,000 (DOE) plus some excellent benefits (including 31 days holiday + bank holidays!)
📍Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in London
🚀Ideal skills
* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
* Certified Salesforce Administrator; advanced certifications preferred.
* Proven ability to design and optimize data models, workflows, and complex system integrations.
* Experienced across Sales and Service Cloud – any experience with Financial Services Cloud would also be an added bonus!
* Good understanding of Release Management
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
* Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines!
