Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the Industrial sector?
Our client is looking for a driven individual to join our team and play a key role in supplying temporary and staff to a range of clients in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production.
About the Role:
* Manage and grow and develop new and existing industrial client base.
* Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary or permanent assignments.
* Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and build long-term partnerships.
* Achieve KPIs and contribute to team targets.
* Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
About You:
* Proven experience in industrial recruitment (temps)
* Strong business development and account management skills.
* Confident in managing a 360° recruitment desk.
* A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
* Knowledge of compliance and regulations within the industrial sector.
