Administration Coordinator / Directorate PA £25,000-£27,000 per annum Office based WV1 (no hybrid) Permanent The Job Purpose: The main responsibility of this role will be to undertake key activities within the administrative function of the directorate. This will include: Diary Management, organising of meetings Setting up Filing systems, filing of data and confidential information Note taking and minutes of meetings, production and issuing of said documents Pulling together reports/notes/Business plans incorporating information completed by other associated to i.e Future projects Project/Business change proposal.
