💼 What You’ll Do

* Develop new business across our IT consulting, AI development, and SaaS offerings
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities for potential clients and position our solutions
* Build strategic partnerships with businesses needing digital transformation
* Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
* Expand service lines – bring ideas for new revenue streams
* Grow your own team as you scale (optional but encouraged)

🧠 What You Bring

Essential:

* Proven B2B sales or business development experience
* Self‑starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
* Fluent English; German is a strong advantage (many of our clients are German‑speaking)
* Comfortable selling complex technical solutions

Highly Valued:

* Experience in IT services, consulting, or SaaS sales
* Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure
* Network in mid‑market or enterprise sectors
