Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Part-Time General Administrator to provide essential administrative support across the business
The Role:
As a General Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business by providing efficient administrative assistance across multiple departments. This varied role will involve handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting operational teams to ensure the smooth running of business activities
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
* Provide general administrative and PA support as required.
* Input and maintain production employee timesheets.
* Refresh and collate information for efficiency and performance reports.
* Input contract information and create delivery notes.
* Provide administrative support to departments including Accounts, Transport, Quality, and Operations.
* File, scan, laminate, and maintain company documentation.
* Scan, link, and manage material certification records.
* Issue material certificates to customers as required.
* Create, update, and maintain company spreadsheets and workbooks.
* Provide administrative support across multiple business locations.
* Maintain training records, risk assessments, and associated documentation.
* Assist with document control activities and record management.
* Undertake additional ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or document control role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong IT, data entry, and computer skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Desirable:
* Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial environment.
